Angela Cucolo has 20+ years in the fitness industry as a fitness instructor, personal trainer, and wellness/fitness director. She has overseen three different YMCA's in Kentucky & North Carolina. Angela has her Pro Card with the NPA (Natural Physique Association) and has competed and placed in over seven NPC Body Building Figure & Bikini competitions. She is a teacher that is passionate about helping others achieve their goals.

Angela has taught and teaches yoga, pilates, boot camp, spinning, step, kickboxing. Kettlebells are her passion and being a certified Kettlebell Master Instructor she incorporates those techniques into challenging classes for her clients. Knowing that there is no single "magic bullet" for success, Angela utilizes her diverse exercise experience and knowledge of nutrition and fitness to give Personal Best clients a truly dynamic and unique fitness regime.

Angela lives in Taylorsville and is a proud mother of three and grandmother of nine. Proving that age is not a factor to being fit.
